Class A driver with Local, Regional or OTR experience for 95% no touch dry van that is out 10-14 days and home for 48 hours. If you have 3 months (this does not include time with trainer or driving school) of verifiable Class A experience (if you are a newer driver with only local experience you are welcome) in the last three years earn $1300-$1800/WK – Full Benefits and you can take a rider and pet from day one.

Position Overview:

  • Schedule: Out for 10-14 days and home for 48 hours. Staying out longer increases earning potential.
  • Freight: 100% no-touch, with 65% drop and hook.
  • Running Area: Majority of freight runs east of I-35, with occasional runs throughout the lower 48 (no forced dispatch to NYC or Long Island).

  • Pay Structure:

Starting rates based on experience:
$0.54 CPM for drivers with 3 months of experience.
$0.55 CPM for 6-11 months of experience.
$0.56 CPM for 12-23 months of experience.
$0.60 CPM for 2+ years of experience.
Weekly earnings average between $1,300-$1,800+, with potential for higher earnings.

2022 Freightliner Cascadias and newer, equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, and 1250-watt inverters.
Auto restrictions are accepted.

Driver Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience (local, regional, or OTR). This can not include time with trainer or driving school. It must be you driving independently as a team or solo.

Yard jockey experience does not qualify.

Driving Record:

  • No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 2 in the last 12 months.
  • No major moving violations in the last year; only one allowed in the last 3 years.

Safety:

  • No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years.
  • No DOT Recordable accidents in the last 12 months but may only have one in the last three years. Exception is Roll Over, Fatality, Rear End Accidents must be at least 3 years old with fatality 5 years old.

No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests, regardless of SAP completion.
