Family Syllabus: This private family in Denver is looking for an exceptional rotational family assistant to help care for their home and their bright, energetic, inquisitive, and creative children. They have two children, their son is 7-years-old and their daughter is 5-years-old. Their son is very active and absolutely loves all things sports. Their daughter is calm and artistic. She loves imaginative play and playing with her brother. The children attend a local school Monday through Friday, 8:30-3:30 pm. Both mom and dad occasionally work from home. This is a staffed home with a housekeeper, part-time chef, dog-walker, and an additional ROTA family assistant that you will need to collaborate with.

This dream family assistant will be ready for anything, from planning engaging activities and supporting their children’s growth to seamlessly managing household tasks like organizing, contacting and working with contractors, running errands, and even planning parties! They have beloved pets, so experience with animal care is a definite plus. This super-family assistant will be comfortable joining them on exciting adventures, both near and far, and providing unwavering support and a calming presence while understanding when to step in and when to step back. A kind heart, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach are essential. Job Synopsis: Spend your days assisting the family with different household tasks. The family assistant will make breakfast for the children before school and pack an after-school healthy snack for them to have ready to go while taking them to their extracurricular activities. They will pick the children up from school and assist the children with homework and school projects. Tidying up the children’s play areas and keeping up with the family’s laundry will be required. The family assistant will also complete organizational projects, connect with contractors, bring in the mail and packages, run errands for the family, grocery shop, empty the dishwasher, and animal care. The family assistant will also need to be comfortable with smart homes, excel, word, and other Microsoft office applications. The schedule for this position is 7 am-6:30 pm, 1 week on and 1 week off rotation. The nanny will be expected to take their vacations on their off weeks. The pay for this role is around $125k based on experience. They will provide 20 days of paid time off, a health insurance stipend, and an IRA contribution match after one year. They are looking for a nanny who will be living in Denver, CO. The family is open to a Nationwide search and assisting in relocation. Traveling will be required, so be ready to adventure with this amazing team! Overnights are expected and you must be a safe and reliable driver.
