The Administrative Secretary works in collaboration with all hospital departments. Collects data and performance improvement case reviews for Director. Responsible for scheduling appointments and meetings for Director and maintains department scheduling accurately and timely. Assist Director in organization and integration of all department activities. Collects and distributes all department mail. Assists with maintaining files on employee licensure/certifications and follows up with employees for compliance. Ensures confidentiality related to patient care, employees and hospital information. Performs other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Prior acute care administrative experience, preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
