Powersports Technician

RideNow Powersports, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is looking to add a Service Technician to our Chandler location! Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on Motorcycles, UTV's, ATV's, Dirt Bikes, Jet Skis, etc.
• Repair, customize, maintain, or overhaul both customer and dealer owned motor vehicles as close to the allotted time schedule as possible.
• Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time whenever possible.
• Maintain productivity as close to 100% as possible.
• Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance with factory specifications.
• Assist Service Writer, when requested, with writing up work orders, communication with customers, test riding, or any other issue which will help ensure customer satisfaction.
• Notify Service Writer/Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known so that customer may be contacted and notified of the delay.
• Properly clock in/out of repair orders (R.O.S).
• Maintain a clear driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement and an acceptable driving record and be able to test drive customer units.

Requirements:

• MMI Graduate or equivalent manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Verifiable powersports technician experience.
• Master Certs or A/B level certifications encouraged.
• Own a set of comprehensive tools
• Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented.
• Self-motivated, organized and punctual.
