AMADA's Caregivers provide:

• Provide non-medical personal assistance to clients in their home
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
• Performing light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Documents care and is communicative with the care team as needed
• Hands-on assistance with personal grooming
• Comforting environment

AMADA's ideal Caregiver will have/be:

• 2 YEARS MINIMUM of verifiable in-home care experience
• Compassion for seniors
• Motivated and Reliable
• Able to work 2 weekends a month
• Knowledge to keep clients engaged and active
• Professional and dedicated to providing high-quality care
• Able to work independently and follow a care plan
• Valid Driver License, Valid Social Security Card and or Work Permit, Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen
• Ability to handle physical and emotional demands of the role

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• On call
• Overnight shift
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 2 years (Required)
• Senior care: 2 years (Required)
• ADLs: 1 year (Preferred)
• Meal preparation: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Required)
• Night Shift (Required)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Rockford, IL (Required)

Work Location: On the road
