Under the supervision of the respective Administrative Staff or authorized designee, performs administrative secretarial duties including answering correspondence, typing, filing, answering the telephone, and scheduling.

Requirements

EDUCATION: High school graduate with courses in business or administrative secretarial training. Degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years as a secretary, preferably at the administrative level.

SKILLS: Typing, filing, working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
