POSITION:

RN Supervisor Weekend, 24 hours per week, 7p-7a with rotating weekends & holidays $6,000 Sign On Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees direct patient care through assessment, intervention and administration of care
  • Compile, compare and record patient care information
  • Delivers direct patient care or appropriately delegates to other team members
  • Attend shift report at beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members
  • Collaborates with clinical services team
  • Communicates effectively with physicians, families and patients

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Strong commitment & dedication to Madonna and the patients we serve
  • Friendly, caring and professional demeanor to achieve an excellent patient/customer experience
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Desire to make a difference in the lives of rehabilitation patients and their families

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Active RN license in the state of Nebraska
  • CPR certification
  • Two years clinical experience
