Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Estimating commercial and residential plumbing projects of various sizes.
• Visiting customers’ homes or jobsites as needed and presenting the best options for plumbing services and products through education and excellent customer service.
• Estimating, budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and management of multiple bids.
• Creating take-offs and sales estimates via blueprints.
• Perform calculations necessary for plumbing work.
• Coordinate submittal process on projects on sold estimates.
• Coordinate with general contractors, designers and engineers on identifying changes or modifications for estimate.
• Managing multiple bids simultaneously and evaluating changes through the bid process.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
• Closing sales and achieving assigned sales performance objectives.
• Willing and able to cold call for potential business as needed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales experience.
• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing code and systems.
• Ability to read commercial and residential drawings.
• Ambitious, results-oriented personality and entrepreneurial drive.
• Knowledge of in-home sales process with residential customers.
• Experience with estimating software such as FastPipe is a plus.
• Solid understanding of wide variety of plumbing equipment and materials.
