ROLE PURPOSE
Responsible for various warehouse processes, including shipping and receiving items using the company’s ERP software, identifying and troubleshooting problems, and organizing inventory. Must maintain accuracy while multi-tasking.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive inbound freight returns from remote inventory locations
• Identify and sort items as they come off delivery truck
• Unbox, organize, and move inventory onto pallets, bins, and shelves
• Assist Repair workflow by pulling, staging, and cleaning parts
• Execute procedures and follow all policies
• Support and Maintain 5S activities in the work area
• Maintain cleanliness standards of the warehouse
• Learn various warehouse functions and processes
• Adhere to all OSHA requirements
• Meet productivity/quality standards as outlined by manager
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Operate non-motorized Material Handling equipment
• Work as part of a team to complete operational goals
• Conduct visual checks and confirm re-work of finished products

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years prior Warehouse experience with Inventory Control processes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic warehouse knowledge
• PC Skills - proficient with ERP software, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet & Email

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service skills
• Able to work overtime as needed
• Ability to learn ERP software application
• Identify priorities and work independently
• Maintain a positive and dynamic attitude

PAY RANGE

• $17/hour
