Description

The Opportunity

The OTC Wellness Program Jr. Sales Rep supports the growth of our OTC Wellness Program by meeting directly with clinics and their staff, growing client relationships, and expanding product usage through field activities. This role combines sales development, operational support, and mentorship from an experienced sales consultant, making it an excellent fit for individuals eager to break into medical device sales.

We provide physicians in the VA, workers compensation, auto insurance, and personal injury markets with a more effective drug-free alternative; which helps their patients live a better life, and improves the efficiency and success of physician offices with more satisfied patients.

The Job

  • Outside sales and client interaction (50%+):
    • Conduct in-person visits to clinics to determine device usage, provide instructions, and address client needs.
    • Facilitate on-site or virtual device instructions and training sessions for clinical staff and patients.
    • Build relationships with clinic managers and decision-makers to expand device utilization and identify additional opportunities.
    • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and field events to promote products and acquire new clients.
  • Program Operations and Logistics:
    • Coordinate with the Shipping department to retrieve returned devices and ensure timely delivery of program materials.
    • Maintain inventory of program kits, marketing materials, and event supplies.
    • Organize and communicate shipments for clinics and events.
  • Sales Development and Mentorship:
    • Work alongside an experienced sales consultant to learn consultative sales techniques and gain hands-on experience.
    • Support sales initiatives by identifying new opportunities, assisting with outreach, and learning to close deals effectively.
    • Monitor account progress and contribute to revenue goals by developing skills in CRM tools like Go High Level (GHL).
  • Administrative and Reporting:
    • Track and report on device returns, inventory levels, and account status.
    • Review and validate commission reports to ensure accuracy and transparency.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for building a career in medical device sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and clinical staff.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%) for in-person visits, events, and client support, including occasional weekends.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Go High Level) and logistics management is a plus.

Salary Description

$50,000 + commission (OTE $78k)
