Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

As part of the Workday HCM Lead team you lead the HCM Core workstream while having experience with at least three Workday implementations. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 6 years of experience.

What Sets You Apart

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science preferred.
  • Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably HCM Core and/or Engagement Manager certification.
  • Leading HCM Core workstream with at least three successful Workday implementations.
  • Gathering business requirements through facilitating discovery and design workshops.
  • Leading functional discovery and design sessions.
  • Providing recommendations based on leading practices.
  • Managing touchpoints with related Workday functional modules.
  • Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust.
  • Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful feedback.
