Majestic Care’s Executive Director is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the community, community compliance with Majestic Care’s policies and procedures and state and federal regulations, and providing the highest quality of care possible.

We will ask that our Executive Director will:

• Ensure the patient and resident is at the center of every decision made.
• Achieve compliance with State and Federal Regulations.
• Adopt Majestic Care policies, guidelines and standards.
• Will ensure all elements of the Majestic Care culture are embedded in the daily operations.
• Verify that quality care and services are provided to all patients, residents and that it meets the satisfaction of the patient, resident, family, physicians and other partners.
• Lead an effective Quality Assurance and Process Improvement (QAPI) Program.
• Ensure an effective Workforce Management Program is in place, including but not limited to, timely performance management; recruitment; retention; onboarding; orientation; training; and care team member engagement.
• Collaborate with the DNS and regional team members to develop a business operations plan.
• Ensure effective stewardship is in place to meet budgetary commitments.
• Participate in business development meetings including but not limited to hospital C-suites, payers, and physicians to facilitate collaborative partnerships.
