Compensation: $31,000 - $35,000 a year

Job summary: Arkansas Support Network is seeking a dedicated Vocational Assistant to join our Vocational Services team! This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the team by managing and assisting with billing processes, collaborating with the Community Rehabilitation Program, Ticket to Work, and the Transition Team to assist with new referrals, and ensuring compliance with documentation and reporting requirements. The Vocational Assistant will also work closely with the compliance team to ensure the accuracy of records and systems, while providing administrative support to maintain the program's effectiveness and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and assist with all billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Collaborate with Employment Specialists, Ticket to Work Specialists, and Transition Specialists to assist with new referrals and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Submit and track billing to meet program deadlines.
• Work with the compliance team to ensure electronic case files are up to date.
• Organize and maintain records related to program participants and worksites.
• Assist with maintaining compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements.
• Support the development and maintenance of job site contacts and resources.
• Provide support to Transition Services groups as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or other vulnerable populations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as effective time management skills.
