Novus Polaris Inc., DBA Steel Mart, is actively seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a crucial link between our construction supply company and our clients, you will specialize in selling a wide variety of steel, hand tools, power tools, and construction products. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients in both the residential and commercial construction sectors. We value a strong sales background but are willing to train the right individual on our unique approach and product line.

Responsibilities Include

• Drive and manage sales for steel and construction products across residential and commercial markets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with contractors, construction managers, and industry professionals.
• Conduct on-site visits, product presentations, and sales calls to showcase product benefits and applications.
• Manage customer accounts, including quoting prices, managing orders, and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Track sales activity, generate leads, and update CRM systems to stay on top of market trends and client needs.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience in outside sales or a related field is preferred; industry experience in construction, steel, or hardware sales is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and sales calls.
• High-energy, goal-oriented personality with a drive to succeed and make a long-term impact in a growth-oriented company.

Schedule

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to meet client schedules and a rotating schedule of every other Saturday.
