Responsibilities
- Identify PlanStreet software sales prospects and analyze their requirements
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field and cold calling activities
- Propose solutions, provide functionality and pricing information
- Prepare and present pre-sales demos to potential customers
- Assist with other sales-related or technical tasks as needed such as developing sales support documents and templates, sales demos, and testing
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and other promotional events
Requirements
- Interest in professional services / technology consulting with some experience in software / IT
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, personable, and flexible team player
- Positive attitude and very customer-centric; always willing to put the customers' needs first
- A self-starter and quick learner, comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift constantly; embracing change and ambiguous situations and messages
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from accredited university
- Experience of software or technology solutions sales
- SaaS sales experience an advantage
