Founded as a faith-based hospital in 1931 by the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, Dignity Health – St. Bernardine Medical Center is a 342-bed acute care nonprofit hospital located in San Bernardino, California. Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating comprehensive care for assigned patients, ensuring the delivery of individualized and age-appropriate care. This role requires assessing patient status, interpreting clinical data, and addressing unique care requirements in alignment with established policies and procedures.

• Coordinate total patient care delivering individualized care based on patient needs.
• Assess and interpret data reflective of patient status to provide age-specific evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Position is not currently able to support training RNs without 18 months of L&D Experience.
• Current California Registered Nurse License
• Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support - within the first six months of employment into the position.
• Neonatal Resuscitation - within the first six months of employment into the position.
• Basic Arrhythmia - within the first six months of employment
• Basic Fetal Monitoring - within the first six months of employment.
