Position Summary

Under the direction of a senior staff member, follows directions and performs one or all of the following: researches changes or enhancements to a new or existing feature, product install process, tool, module, application, standard, or process, which involves testing and verifying system and database modules to ensure their quality and integrity.


Minimum Qualifications

    • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field preferred or equivalent business or clinical experience.
    • Minimum Experience: One (1) to two (2) years technical experience in supporting applications and interface. A basic understanding of systems concepts, analysis techniques, tools and standards as well as working knowledge of PC third party products (MS Office, etc.) required. Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required.
