This position is located in our Dallas TX, Miamisburg OH, Pittsburgh PA or Strongsville OH offices with work performed at client site in Dallas TX, Miamisburg OH, Pittsburgh PA or Strongsville OH; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

We’re growing rapidly and are looking for Business Systems Analysts with expertise in Debt Manager to work closely with one or more Agile Software Development teams.

You'll work in a challenging technical environment and gain exposure of advanced tools and technology suites for one of the largest financial institutions in the US. The projects are fast paced, use new and innovative technologies/methodologies to build new products or for new initiatives. We’re a close-knit team that has access to global resources. You’ll have the opportunity to explore a wide range of industries, technologies, and geographies, all while enjoying the personal touch that our local operating approach offers.

You will work on projects for one of the largest financial institutions based in US in a challenging technical environment and gain exposure of advanced tools and technology suites.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Manage multiple IT projects including new development, application upgrades, and infrastructure updates
  • Work directly with project teams, management, and clients to determine project scope, objectives, and budget
  • Develop project documentation that includes requirements, project plans, use cases, system specifications, technical documents, and other test plans
  • Identify and manage project issues
  • Serve as the technical point of contact between product management, development team, sales, and clients
  • Solicit, comprehend, and analyze business data, objectives, and processes.]

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

  • 3+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst.
  • Experience in Debt Manager tool is MUST HAVE!
  • Experience working in Banking domain.
  • Experience working in Agile and /or Scrum development.
  • Experience working in Java based projects.
  • Ability to create Swagger files
  • Experience with Gherkin
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio.
  • Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes.
  • Business process management and modeling.
  • Requirements definition and management.
  • Problem solving and/or analytical thinking.
  • Possess ability to manage workload, manage multiple priorities, and manage conflicts with customers/employees/managers, as applicable.
