What You’ll Do

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development.
- 7-10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in the healthcare or rehab industry.
- Expertise in workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
