The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by this position. It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties, responsibilities and skills required of this position. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

• Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of virtual branch functions; specifically the opening of new accounts and new loans through online applications, as well as promptly and professionally responding to digital inquiries from members.
• Assumes responsibility for enhancing the online banking experience for members by identifying and resolving issues and challenges members face, by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of digital banking platforms and tools, and by providing training and support for members on using digital banking services.
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with Credit Union personnel to facilitate the most productive application process for new accounts.
• Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
