Sales and Closing Manager

Responsibilities

As our Sales and Closing Manager, you will coach, mentor and supervise performance of all other Community Sales/Closing Administrators with administrative duties. You will be responsible for managing community set-up for Sales and Closing working with the Community Builders, Home Design Center, Central Purchasing, Marketing and Information Systems. Responsibilities to include the following:

• H.R. responsibilities such as supervising, interviewing, hiring, promotions and reviews
• Responsible for Community Administration coverage for both the Centralized Community Administration including vacation, sick, training and other out of office occurrences
• Monitoring of Career Path objectives of all Sales/Closing Administrators including training and level advancements
• Prepare closing reports daily/weekly
• Prepare Professional Warranty monthly report for Risk Management
• Calculate and coordinate rent payments for the model homes
• Maintain Surety Bonds for the Model Homes
• Prepare closing packages for Model Resale homes
• Maintain property tax payment record for NE Region
• Responsible for set up of Legal Documents for New Communities
• Enrollment of Community with Warranty Company
• Responsible for Managing community set-ups for Take over communities
  
  

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred; 2-3 years of sales and/or closing experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
