  • Presenting to clients and “owning” the room
  • Leading brainstorming and creative sessions to generate ideas
  • Improving results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and recommending changes to art, copy and production teams
  • Owning the responsibility of the quality and timely completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team
  • Directing and motivating teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters, etc. to help them utilize their talents efficiently and effectively
  • Mentoring and encouraging creative team members to foster a positive work environment
  • Participating in new business efforts, including: creative ideation, concept and presentation development, consulting and pitching

  • You demonstrate proactive communication habits and a high level of organization
  • You are highly motivated with the ability to work independently with a stellar work ethic
  • You succeed in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing time and resources based on the needs of the business

Skills And Experience
