Strategy Consultant

As a Strategy Consultant, you will partner closely with the Chief People Officer to identify strategic opportunities, develop actionable plans, and lead organizational projects. This 6-month role will focus on transforming ideas into tangible outcomes, supporting a diverse range of objectives from process optimization to stakeholder engagement. Worksite Location: Brooklyn Park, MN – Hybrid. Only Minnesota/Twin Cities based candidates will be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist leadership in formulating and refining strategic plans across various departments and initiatives.
• Conduct research and gather data to identify challenges, opportunities, and potential solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Develop frameworks and processes for effective implementation and measurement of strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities to drive consensus and clarity.
• Provide regular updates, recommendations, and insights to leadership and project teams.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or related roles, preferably within mission-driven or nonprofit environments.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on actionable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from planning to execution.
• High degree of adaptability, able to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced setting.
