The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for working collaboratively with internal and external teams to manage and drive Health Connect America initiatives through the project management life cycle. This role will be responsible for reviewing project proposals, developing all project scheduling and planning. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for developing and tracking project milestones and deliverables while striving to keep the project on time and within budget. Furthermore, this position will work with Project Sponsors to determine and tracking return on investment.

Our Brands
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for working collaboratively with internal and external teams to manage and drive Health Connect America initiatives through the project management life cycle. This role will be responsible for reviewing project proposals, developing all project scheduling and planning. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for developing and tracking project milestones and deliverables while striving to keep the project on time and within budget. Furthermore, this position will work with Project Sponsors to determine and tracking return on investment.
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization (from front-line staff to senior leadership) to manage corporate-level initiatives and data requests.
- Provide accurate and timely planning, analysis, and execution of approved projects.
- Consistently communicate and report project status to management and customers.
- Prepares time and cost estimates for assigned projects.
- Develop measurable project goals and objectives.
- Create project plans, establish timelines, and build budgets.
- Identify project risks and issues and ensures mitigation/contingency plans are in place.
- Track projects against proposed timelines.
- Update project plans to reflect actual progress.
- Escalate encountered situations to the appropriate area with detailed and accurate information.
- Coordinate project activities.
- Collaborate with team members to develop project collateral.
- Monitor progress toward achievements.
- Document key decisions and action items.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ of experience.
- Familiarity and experience with Project Management Methodologies.
- Thorough understanding of Healthcare processes and procedures (including HIPAA regulations).
- Prior experience in Healthcare environment strongly desired.
- Working knowledge of CareLogic and other financial systems preferred.
- Working knowledge of Asana or equivalent preferred.
