Job Description

Manages and coordinates the delivery and performance of this TO PWS. Highest Contractor point of contact assigned to this TO PWS and is responsible for submitting all required weekly and monthly reports to the Government Task Manager and ensuring all performance metrics are met. Ensures issues or risks are captured and communicated to the Government in a timely manner. Manages all Contractor Personnel for meeting the requirements and performance objectives of this TO PWS.

What You Will Do

• Plans, initiates, and manages information technology projects.
• Leads and guides the work of technical staff.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
• Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
• Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
• Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
• Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
  
  

Requirements

What We Need:

• Master’s degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Eight (8) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
• Experience managing and directing activities of a large multi-disciplinary IT support groups.
• Experience developing complex Information Technology program plans to address needs and requirements, investigating, and resolving problems, interfacing with other functional support groups and outside personnel, preparing capital and operating requests, managing Subcontractors’ staff, and executing program / business plans.
• Experience organizing and directing work and directing personnel and multi-discipline teams to achieve objectives.
• Experience addressing complaints and resolving problems associated with TO PWS requirements.
