Summary:
The Health Training Specialist role promotes, maintains, and improves individual and community health by providing health coaching to pediatric patients and families across the service area. Working under the supervision of a Project Manager, a Health Training Specialist is responsible for delivering evidence-based programs to participants in a virtual group setting and/or in person group setting This role is trained and responsible for the delivery of the curriculum and may support one or more locations.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Health Education, Public Health or a closely related field preferred.
- License/Certifications: Certified Health and Wellness Coach preferred.
- Experience: Experience in nutrition and/or physical activity preferred.
- Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
- Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: ability to facilitate large and small groups and public speaking skills
