The Director of Centralized Clinical Staffing & Workforce Management is responsible for leading the strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of on-site staffing coordinators across multiple Lorien Healthcare locations. This role focuses on standardizing practices of our staffing coordinators, ensuring efficient utilization of PRN staff, and optimizing scheduling processes to support operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience with workforce management systems, and the ability to drive consistency in staffing practices.

- Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 / annually

Clinical PRN Pool Management & Standardization:
- Streamline and standardize PRN scheduling processes across all locations.
- Maintain an accurate, transparent, and efficient PRN staffing list.
- Conduct surveys and assessments to improve PRN utilization.
- Develop a deep understanding of systems like Kronos, OnShift, and master scheduling tools.
- Implement standardized scheduling practices to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Conduct comprehensive on-site workforce assessments.
- Oversee the weekly staffing call and ensure consistent execution of staffing strategies.
- Evaluate supplemental staffing needs and resources for each location.
- Collaborate with administrators and senior leadership to align staffing strategies with business goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on staffing optimization practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in workforce management, staffing, or operational leadership.
- Proven experience with scheduling systems (Kronos, OnShift, etc.).
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in large-scale staffing environments, required.
