This position will support the development of divisional strategies related to Value Based Care (VBC) in the Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA Lines of Businesses. Examples include: roadmap creation, end-to-end VBC program design, facilitation of alignment meetings, and ad-hoc analyses. Essential skills include: excellent presentation skills, an ability to work with a diverse plethora of stakeholders, and an ability to analyze data. Candidates should have strong skills in Microsoft Office and in written communication. Curiosity and the ability to deal with ambiguity serve as essential traits to succeed in this position.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment OR Bachelor’s degree and 5 years consulting experience involving strategic planning, business development and financial management operations OR 8 years of experience in strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in healthcare industry.
• Experience leading and formulating strategy with the ability to build strong connections with people and teams.
• Drive results by working across departments in a matrixed environment.
• Interpersonal skills, including presentation, written and verbal communication.
• Experience with business analytics and information synthesis.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
• Able to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple, complex priorities.
• Work directly with corporate leadership.
• Analytical, program management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Advanced degree such as Juris Doctor, MBA or MHA.
• Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience in Medicare.

Compensation: $90,900.00 - $164,200.00

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
