The Adult Shop Eugene is hiring for Store Manager. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow within the company. Strong leadership skills, time management, math and customer service skills are essential. Ability to prioritize tasks as well as balance tasks while continuing to deliver outstanding customer service is a must.
Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Loss prevention
- Scheduling
- Daily paperwork
- Payroll
- Goal Setting
- Maintaining and verifying inventory counts
- In-slipping and out-slipping products correctly
- Merchandising
- Maintaining the store's appearance and performing all functions of the store
- Taking calls from associates as needed
- Covering shifts as needed possibly resulting in overtime
- Leading by example
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license is a must. Store Managers are eligible for Quarterly Sales Bonuses.
