Laborer

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Laborer who is a confident and enthusiastic individual capable of maintaining the appearance and environmental compliance at the Facility. This position requires high visibility to traffic and wearing PPE to ensure eye-to-eye contact with other employees.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to see the areas on the ground that need litter removed and disposed of in containers
• Retrieve waste litter and place it in designated containers
• Perform sweeping and cleaning in breakrooms and maintenance shop areas
• Maintain a positive work environment by communicating in a manner that fosters good relations with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, and management

Physical Requirements:

• Handle tools and equipment, fine motor skills
• Reach with hands and arms
• Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet
• Occasionally lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
