Responsibilities

The Electroencephalographic Technician Assistant supports the Clinical Neurophysiology and Epilepsy Monitoring Technologists at Mayo Clinic by preparing patients for electrographic studies and performing such other tasks that are necessary for patient comfort and safety while the patient is being evaluated in the Department of Epilepsy.

Qualifications

The minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or GED. Additional work experience in a patient contact, health-care area is desirable. Ability to adhere to policies and procedures, alertness, interaction, versatility, coping, and commitment to task.

Monday - Friday 2100-2400

Weekend Schedule

2 out of every 3 weekends. Rotate weekends between 0830-1500 and 1500-2000.
