PM Server

We seek one Full-Time Server to join our Pink Adobe/Dragon Room food and beverage service operations. The suitable candidates should have experience working in a refined restaurant service environment. We seek candidates who are dependable, friendly, and have reliable transportation. This is a full-time position that includes PM shifts only.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Excellent customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Taking orders, serving, and refilling beverages as needed.
• Responsible for assisting the guests' needs, responding to their inquiries, and immediately addressing their concerns.
• Ensuring the timely and accurate serving of orders.
• Running food to patrons' tables.
• Ensure that all tables are cleared and reset promptly.
• Ensure that all side work is completed at the beginning and end of each shift, including polishing silverware and water glasses.
