Recruiting Operations at Skydio aims to bring operational excellence and support to the Recruiting team and cross-functional stakeholders, enabling them to hire efficiently and effectively, while creating a delightful and personal experience for our candidates and hiring teams.

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to work onsite at our HQ located in San Mateo, CA. Your primary responsibility will be interview coordination (virtual & on-site) with a heavy emphasis on candidate experience, process documentation, and other special projects. We're looking for someone who is eager to develop in their career, taking on new challenges in areas like University Recruiting, Intern Programs, and other talent programs targeting non-traditional candidates.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Support multiple recruiters hiring for teams across R&D, Go-To-Market, and G&A
• Consistently provide candidates with an exceptional end-to-end interview experience, including facilitation of in-person interviews
• Help ensure interview teams are on time and prepared with the context they need to conduct effective and engaging interviews
• Partner with our Talent Operations Manager in running university recruiting and intern programs
• Collaborate with recruiters, talent and people operations, and other cross-functional partners on special projects that help elevate how we operate (e.g. candidate experience, employer branding, learning & development, and more)
  
  
  

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Ability to be in-person at our San Mateo HQ 4-5 days per week
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume scheduling/coordination role
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems, and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools e.g. ModernLoop, Workday, Ashby
• Enthusiasm for solving all of the little problems and puzzles that come with high-volume scheduling and coordination
• Highly responsive with excellent time management skills
• Effective communicator who is comfortable engaging with senior leadership, hiring managers, and executive assistants
• An eager learner who is excited to take on new challenges as part of a lean, mean team-building machine
  
  
  

Compensation Range: The annual base salary range for this position is *$85,000 - $100,000. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. In addition to base salary, Skydio full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our benefit plans and take advantage of a variety of incentives and stipends.
