Project Coordinator

We are looking for an easily-bored and insanely-organized project coordinator to join our creative team of product designers. This instrumental team member focuses on coordinating all aspects of projects with our project leads and team of creative engineers designing medical devices and advanced technology products. The right person could teach a master class on to-do lists. Efficiency might be their middle name. They are a 10 on the attention-to-detail scale and constantly notice details that others miss. They operate with friendly tenacity and get a thrill from checking things off lists!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain detailed understanding of project scope and collaborate with project leads to monitor scope changes throughout a project.
• Generate and track project tasks and timelines, including making updates in collaboration with project leads.
• Coordinate the work of designers and engineers, setting expectations for tasks and tracking completion due dates.
• Manage project budgeting, including forecasted spend, timely invoicing, and ongoing alignment with the client.
• Create and circulate user friendly status reports to internal team and externally to the client.
• Be a point of contact for clients and partners.
• Ensure project adherence to applicable project development plan and relevant SOPs.

POSITION DETAILS:

• This is a full-time, permanent position. This position works from our Kansas City based office during core business hours.
