About The Role
In the Business Operations Role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our business runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work across multiple teams—including sales, marketing, customer success, and product—to identify and solve operational challenges. You’ll analyze data, develop processes, and provide actionable insights to help us scale effectively.

About The Role
In the Business Operations Role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our business runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work across multiple teams—including sales, marketing, customer success, and product—to identify and solve operational challenges. You’ll analyze data, develop processes, and provide actionable insights to help us scale effectively.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, resourceful, and eager to learn in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality financial and business performance reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency across teams.
- Support Sales and Finance leadership in quarterly strategy planning, including forecasting and financial metric analysis.
- Collaborate with leadership to set financial goals, monitor performance against targets, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Partner with data and engineering teams to develop automated data reporting and analytics tools.
- 3-5 years experience in management consulting, investment banking or business operations.
- At home with data: You’re totally at ease digging into data, especially with SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Deep understanding of B2B, sales-led motions, pipeline management, and forecasting. Experience building sales and marketing systems.
- Excellent presentation skills, especially as it relates to complex analyses that need to be translated to a broader audience.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Salesforce admin.
