Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive growth and engagement for our network of practices. This role will be instrumental in coordinating all marketing functions, including supporting individual practice-level campaigns, developing programs aimed at referring physicians and patients, and creating impactful marketing collateral.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing Program Coordination

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing programs targeting both physicians and patients.
  • Support marketing campaigns for individual or groups of practices, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support de novo or acquired practices with needed marketing support including physician bios, communication, videos, signage etc.

Collateral Development

  • Create, edit, and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, email templates, and digital assets for individual offices.
  • Collaborate with the physician liaison team to produce high-quality presentations and tools that support their outreach efforts.
  • Ensure consistency in design, messaging, and branding across all materials.

Practice-Level Support

  • Coordinate marketing events and community outreach efforts at the practice level.
  • Maintain an inventory of marketing materials and manage requests from practices.

Digital and Social Media Coordination

  • Assist in maintaining and updating practice websites and social media platforms.
  • Monitor digital metrics and assist in analyzing campaign effectiveness.
  • Write social media content/blogs/work with clinical experts for validation and support

Administrative Support

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics for marketing projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and other partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Coordinate, as needed with other departments to develop and execute programs successfully
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Marketing and the broader team as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a healthcare, multi-location, or professional services environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, website management, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing analytics.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with Microsoft tools and Adobe is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
