Manages, leads, directs, coordinates the activities of the Cabin service group. Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Central Load Control Agents! To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty

satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Ability to follow airline specific guidelines.
• Ensure that the accurate weight and balance data is generated to support safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations.
• Accurately distributes and completes all load control.
• Make sound decisions and prioritize workload to effectively manage operational needs.
• Runs main deck controls for aircraft loading/unloading of cargo.
• Ensure compliance with dnata, TSA and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Can meet the Station’s attendance standards.

• Possess/maintain FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations

• Ability to work in inclement weather
