TikTok Creator for New Gummy Brand

Note that this role is part-time but has the opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance.

We are seeking a creative Content Creator / Actress for Social to join the Jiggly team. This role will create engaging, viral-worthy content primarily for TikTok and Instagram Reels, focusing on organic growth and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media trends, a knack for creating compelling short-form video content, and the ability to represent the Jiggly brand authentically.

Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Conceptualize, produce, and star in daily video content for Jiggly's TikTok and Instagram Reels accounts
• Develop creative ideas that align with current social media trends and Jiggly's brand identity
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content supports overall brand strategy and campaigns
  
  

Performance and Growth

• Focus on creating viral-worthy content to increase organic impressions and followers
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform future content strategies
• Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes and adjust content strategy accordingly
  
  

Brand Representation

• Act as the face of Jiggly in social media content, embodying the brand's values and personality
• Engage with followers through comments, duets, and other platform-specific features to build community
• Participate in relevant challenges and trends that align with Jiggly's brand image
  
  

Content Management

• Maintain a consistent posting schedule, ensuring fresh content is published daily
• Organize and manage a content calendar to plan future posts and campaigns
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely execution of content ideas
  
  

Creative Direction

• Exercise creative freedom in content creation while adhering to brand guidelines
• Propose and implement new content formats and ideas to keep the brand's social presence fresh and engaging
• Adapt quickly to emerging trends and incorporate them into Jiggly's content strategy
  
  

Requirements

Technical Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in creating short-form video content for social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Basic photography and videography skills, including lighting and composition
