Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.
Min = $24.88
Mid = $31.10
Max = $37.32
Summary
Oversee all aspects of the Facilities Work Order System. Managing requests, assigning tasks and managing workloads of the Operations and Maintenance work teams.
Responsibilities
Receiving and Entering Work Orders into the Maintenance Connection Software, Assigning Work Order tasks to Maintenance Staff as appropriate, coordinating assignments with O&M leadership to ensure proper response to various situations. Be able to analyze and prioritize needs and levels of response to diverse requests for assistance and dispatch responses accordingly.
In addition, this position will provide continual analysis of work order status for completion or updates to work performed, judging if additional resources are needed to complete any project. Having an understanding of what resources and time are needed to complete a work order requests, and the logistics and locations of resources that are working in the field and their availability .
Having the ability to run reports from the work order system to understand what work remains open, what follow-up is needed to close a work order, and to provide leadership a daily report of completion rates and timing.
