Job Summary

As the Director of Operations, you will oversee venue operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in guest experiences. You will manage teams, drive operational strategies, and maintain compliance with company and industry standards. Your leadership will foster collaboration and continuous improvement to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational planning to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
  • Oversee staff hiring, training, and development to build a high-performing team
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize service and business goals
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of operational leadership experience in hospitality or foodservice
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and the Internet
