Position Summary
As a Fullstack Engineer at Wand.ai, you will play a pivotal role in developing the most extraordinary user interfaces for our advanced AI assistant platform. Your work will directly contribute to redefining the paradigm of human-machine collaboration, creating seamless, intuitive, and engaging experiences for users across the globe. This role demands a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation, as you will be at the heart of building the future of enterprise AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy innovative frontend and backend solutions that enhance the functionality and user experience of our AI assistant platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, AI researchers, and product managers, to define and implement feature specifications.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while maintaining high standards of software quality and responsiveness.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing any technical challenges that arise.
- Implement security and data protection measures, adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our platform.
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the development of best practices within the engineering team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex web applications.
- Proficient in frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React and Next JS) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js and Python).
- Experience with database management and data structures (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud services (Google Cloud, Azure and AWS) and API design and development.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovate.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a mindset geared towards continuous learning and growth.
- Background in B2C Product-Led Growth (PLG) products.
- Expertise in NLP, AI, LLMS.
- Experience with Supabase and Firebase.
- Strong individual contributor with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
