We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Training Specialist to join our growing New York Team !

Responsibilities:

  • Apply understanding of learning preferences and instructional principles to develop tailored training and development initiatives in collaboration with the L&D Manager, and in line with company objectives .
  • Facilitate multiple orientation sessions weekly and contribute to additional training sessions as capacity permits .
  • Support onboarding programs and facilitate clear communication with leadership to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
  • Foster a strong partnership with leadership to address training needs effectively .
  • O versee the compilation and updating of technical/skills training across all departments.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of employee training histories.
  • S erve as an advocate for employee engagement, collaborating with local and national teams.
  • Undertake special and ongoing projects as required .
  • Provide support to the Human Resources in various employee relationship duties.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Phycology, or Business Management preferred .
  • 2 years of experience in L&D or in a training environment with HR expertise .
  • Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrates adept interpersonal skills, navigating sensitive and confidential situations and documentation with finesse.
  • Skilled in engaging diverse employee teams through effective presentations and facilitation of training sessions.
  • Exhibits outstanding organizational prowess, excelling in time management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Displays meticulous attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofreading materials.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while remaining open to direction when needed.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Maintains a steadfast commitment to upholding confidentiality.
  • Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to travel up to 15% of the year .
  • Conversational proficiency in Spanish is advantageous .
