The BSC recruitment coordinator is responsible for leading the BSC’s outreach and marketing efforts for prospective members and partners and building relationships with local colleges/universities, foreign exchange programs, etc. This role is also responsible for supervising student staff who work on recruitment and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule presentations, tours, tabling, and other events to promote the BSC to prospective members and partners
  • Disseminate accurate and timely information to prospective student members.
  • Supervise recruitment student staff members
  • Collaborate with relevant professional and student staff members including but not limited to the Housing Supervisor, Development Dept to ensure accurate, up-to-date information on the BSC website and social media platforms.
  • Implement recruitment and marketing activities in accordance with the | Recruitment Plan
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local community colleges, and universities, foreign exchange programs, etc to enhance awareness of the BSC.
  • Coordinate recruitment and marketing activities with other staff members as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree required.
  • Proven experience in outreach, marketing, and recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse populations.
  • Experience managing programs, social media, and staff preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and apply BSC practices and procedures.

Compensation

This is a part-time, temporary position. $25-$27/hour
