Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd or 3rd shift. This role is essential to maintaining the performance and reliability of our manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

Requirements

  • Perform Preventative and Corrective Maintenance on production equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble systems and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.
  • Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings to repair and maintain equipment properly.
  • Monitor and maintain records of maintenance activities, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to safety standards.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve equipment-related issues promptly.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency with basic electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, disassemble, and reassemble equipment.
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting diagrams and technical drawings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience with CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Professional licenses in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.
  • Strong experience working with complex electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, hourly position offering competitive pay. The successful candidate must be available for 2nd hours 2:30pm to 11:00pm and willing to support production demands as needed.
