Overview: $25,000 bonus for ICU RNs with 2+ years of experience, paid monthly for 6 months after 30 days of employment.
Position Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient assessment, develops and evaluates care plans, maintains professional standards, and educates patients and families. Responsibilities include ensuring a safe environment, supervising staff, and demonstrating sensitivity to patient rights.
Qualifications: Requires a current California RN License, BLS certification, and ACLS within 90 days. Preferred: 1 year of RN and ICU experience. Employment contingent on physical evaluation, drug screening, and background checks.
