Essential Job Responsibilities:

The Essential Functions Of This Role Are As Follows

• Assists in the development of technical standards and policies to meet the customers, peers, and organization;
• Formulates and defines system scopes and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of user needs and business systems and industry requirements:
• Able to collect data, analyze it, and develop sound reporting to track, recommend and forecast enhancements to the system:
• Creates process change through the integration of new processes with existing ones and communication of changes to impacted Business Systems teams;
• Establishes and maintains strategic partnerships with assigned customers in order to help them meet their business and technical needs;
• Participates in the development of strategic plans based on customer needs;
• Analyzes business and user needs, document requirements and devises new technical business system solutions, or revises existing system logic difficulties as necessary;
• Facilitates the delivery of technical business solutions and products to customers;
• Manages the expectations of customers, peers, vendors, and management; Establishes contracts for the procurement of technical business solutions;
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of two years professional experience in a Business Analyst role preferred
• Proficiency in meeting leadership and facilitation demonstrated by creating a fun, safe, collaborative and productive work environment
• Demonstrated capacity to analyze, understand and capture business data and act on findings
• Creative, disciplined and thoughtful thinker with a demonstrated ability to adjust work plans to determine the appropriate strategy and approach to success
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and build credibility with business and IT leaders and varying levels of the organization
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Ability to accurately and concisely present proposals and solutions to a wide audience Proficient in the use of MS Office suite of products (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
