Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care, nursing home. Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff
• Oversee nursing operations and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures

Requirements

• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Proven experience in nursing administration and leadership roles
• Knowledge of shift management and scheduling practices
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and nursing best practices
