About This Role:
As the Global Recruiting Program Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing recruitment tools and processes (e.g., Greenhouse, Modernloop, CrosschqHR, AI), addressing gaps in system governance and process consistency. Working closely with the recruiting team, you'll streamline workflows, ensure legal compliance, and centralize data collection and analysis. By providing actionable insights on staffing, turnover, and headcount planning, you’ll enable leadership to make informed, strategic decisions. This role supports recruiting leadership by enhancing efficiency, compliance, and workforce planning, allowing them to focus on high-impact priorities.

About Your Skills:
- Systems Fluency: Proficient in navigating and integrating multiple recruitment and HR systems, ensuring seamless workflow and system interoperability. In particular: Greenhouse, GoogleDocs, Moernloop, Crosschq Insights, GenAI, Workday & LinkedIn/LI Insights
- Process Optimization: Skilled in proactively identifying opportunities for process enhancements, applying best practices to streamline recruitment workflows and improve efficiency.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Strong ability to analyze recruitment data to draw insights and create informative reports that drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communicator capable of engaging with various levels of stakeholders, offering clear direction and updates on process improvements and system capabilities.
- Managing and Optimizing Recruitment Tools: Partner with Recruiting Leadership, Compensation, Total Rewards, and People Operations to optimize recruiting systems like Greenhouse, Modernloop, and CrosschqHR. Oversee tool updates, renewals, and decision-making processes to enhance system efficiency.
- Training and Enablement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, provide training to recruiting leaders and hiring managers on system capabilities, and share best practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project Management and Process Improvement: Lead recruitment-related projects, document workflows, and implement process enhancements to address gaps in governance and ensure consistency.
- Data-Driven Insights: Centralize and analyze recruitment data, maintaining dashboards and delivering actionable insights on staffing, turnover, and headcount planning to support leadership decision-making.
- Team Support and Collaboration: Provide operational support, communicate updates, and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals by coordinating with HR, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensuring Compliance: Work with Legal and People Operations to ensure recruitment practices adhere to local labor laws, company policies, and compliance requirements, including EEO, GDPR, and PEO regulations.
- Extensive Experience with Recruitment Tools: Proven track record in managing and optimizing recruitment tools like ATS and CRM systems, with hands-on experience in training users on new features and capabilities.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret recruitment metrics, with a history of providing actionable insights to enhance recruitment processes.
- Project Management Expertise: Experience leading and executing recruitment-related projects, from concept to successful implementation, with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Compliance Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of labor laws and regulations, ensuring recruitment practices align with EEO, GDPR, and other relevant legal standards.
