Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments for talent acquisition and development.
  • Design and implement mental health and wellness programs for corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with HR specialists to integrate psychological insights into recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Provide executive coaching and development based on psychological principles.
  • Develop and refine proprietary assessment tools tailored to organizational needs.
  • Offer consultancy on organizational development and employee well-being.
  • Stay updated on the latest research in organizational psychology and apply it to practice.

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology (preferably Organizational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Counseling Psychology).
  • Additional certifications in executive coaching or business psychology are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a corporate or clinical setting, focusing on psychological assessments and interventions.
  • Experience in executive coaching or organizational development is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs.

Salary Range

  • $60,000 to $80,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications).
