Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Law Clerk. The Law Clerk will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication, research, and writing. The role will require some work from home and some work in our office in San Diego, CA.

Qualifications

• Legal knowledge and understanding of legal documents
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong research skills
• Exceptional writing skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Westlaw software
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with personal injury and mass torts cases is a plus
  
  

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of court rules, ability to work with minimal direction, and familiarity with electronic filing systems.
